Spinnerz consumer Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully, and print and keep a copy of them for your reference.
1) General information about Spinnerz

This Terms and Conditions supersede any prior Terms and Conditions or any general or specific terms and conditions of the Customer. Every product order placed on the Site, presupposes the prior consultation and the acceptance by the Customer of the Terms and Conditions.
Spinnerz uses PayPal, PayLike and Bank Transfer to process all payments.
2) Ordering process
The ordering process on the Site consists of following steps:
- Locate the product you want to purchase by navigating to the relevant page on the website
- Select the product by, clicking on the product you want to purchase
- Select the quantity you require and click “Add to basket”
- You can access the shopping basket by clicking the “Cart” link which will appear at the top of the screen
- Check the details of your order then click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button
- Enter your delivery address then choose you payment method.
- Complete your order by paying for your goods.
After submitting the order, Spinnerz will send the Customer an e-mail confirming receipt of the order.
3) Acceptance of orders
To the maximum extent allowed under applicable law, all quotes or proposals are without engagement and without any obligation on Spinnerz. Any order made by the Customer via the Site shall always be confirmed by Spinnerz by e-mail within 48 hours. The sales agreement is only entered into after Spinnerz has confirmed the order placed via e-mail.
If the products ordered are unavailable, Spinnerz reserves the right not to ship products. In that case, Spinnerz will inform the customer that the products are unavailable and return any payment received or offer a replacement.
The price of the products the Customer orders on the Site is the price that is displayed on the Site at the time the Customer confirms the order as mentioned in the confirmation e-mail sent to the Customer.
Our standard shipping, Royal Mail 2nd Class is free to deliver to most parts of the UK. There are also options for paid delivery which may get you your products faster. Shipping charges to the rest of the world may vary.
Please note that if you live in Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey or Guernsey or if you have one of the following postcodes, your order may incur a further cost. If so, we will email you to discuss your options.

Once the sale has been confirmed by Spinnerz by e-mail, PayPal will send you an email confirming payment.
Spinnerz accepts PayPal or Visa or Mastercard payment. Payments are debited at the time of order unless you pay by Bank Transfer.
6) Delivery, Title and Risk
Dispatch will usually take place the same day as the order as long as it is received and confirmed before 3pm, however, in certain circumstances that may not possible.
Unless otherwise provided in the email confirmation, deliveries will usually be made within 2 to 5 working days following confirmation sent to the Customer.
The risk of loss, theft and whole or partial destruction of the products will be transferred to the Customer as soon as the product is delivered.
Spinnerz will use reasonable efforts to deliver the products ordered within the timescales indicated on the Site or on the confirmation e-mail sent to the Customer. These delivery timescales are estimates; they are not guaranteed delivery times. The Customer shall be exclusively liable for erroneously communicated delivery addresses. Where an order cannot be delivered on the address indicated by the Customer, Spinnerz reserves the right to immediately and automatically terminate the agreement, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies Spinnerz may have. In such event, Spinnerz will inform the Customer of the termination of the agreement in writing or by e-mail.
Without prejudice to Force Majeure, we apply a maximum delivery time of thirty (30) days (unless otherwise stated) as from the day following the day upon which the Customer has sent the relevant order to Spinnerz. If the scheduled delivery date has been exceeded due to Spinnerz fault, the Customer has the right, without judicial intervention and upon simple notice, to cancel the order free of charge Spinnerz will refund the amounts already paid to the Customer within thirty (30) days.
7. Withdrawal, Cancellation & Returns of products
7.1 Statutory Withdrawal Right
The Customer has the right to inform the supplier of his/her right to retract the sale, without payment of any fine and without giving a motive, within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery date of the product.
The Customer’s right of retraction does not exist for personalised items.
If the Customer decides to cancel the sale, the Customer can use the Spinnerz “Cancellation Form” below (by cutting and pasting the selected text into an email, ensuring the subject heading is “Cancellation of Order”. An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to the Customer. The Customer shall return item/s without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you have communicated the decision to withdraw from the contract with Spinnerz.

Spinnerz will reimburse all payments received from the Customer, within fourteen (14) days from the day on which Spinnerz is informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract. However Spinnerz may withhold the reimbursement until Spinnerz has received the product back
Spinnerz will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as the Customer used for the initial transaction,
7.1.1 The refunded amount
The refunded amount equals the price the Customer paid for the “product only”, including shipping costs the Customer has paid upon purchase and excluding costs of return paid by the Customer.
The Customer has to contact Spinnerz within 14 days after the date of delivery of the product.
The returned product should be complete, in good order/shape, non-defective and in the original packaging, returns that do not comply with the above conditions, Spinnerz reserve the right to deduct that amount from the refund, up to the value of the purchase price.
7.1.3 Refund lead-time
Customer will be reimbursed within 14 days following the receipt by Spinnerz of the product.
Above right of return does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
8) Return of non-conforming products or faulty goods
Spinnerz, will repair, reimburse or exchange any defective, damaged during the transport, non-conforming product or faulty goods. In such case, the Customer must promptly inform Spinnerz via email email@example.com or telephone 00 44 (0)1704 466 448 of such cases and will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
9) Age requirements
By ordering products on the Site, the Customer declares that he/she is an adult aged 18 or over or that he/she has obtained the explicit consent of his/her parents/legal guardians in case he/she has not yet reached the age of 18.
10) Force Majeure
Spinnerz shall not be liable in case of Force Majeure (i.e. all situations under which it is very difficult for Spinnerz to comply with its obligations under the sales agreement, including but not limited to disaster, fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, actual or threatened terrorist attacks, acts of war, sabotage, explosion, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, revolutions and strikes, lockouts or labour disputes, government acts, accident or breakdown of plant or machinery, bugs in third party software, shortage of materials, failure by a utility provider (including electricity, gas, network or telecom provider) to provide services and any actions or omissions of third parties beyond its reasonable control).
11) After Sales Support, Warranty and Complaints
For any after sales support and questions the Customer can contact Spinnerz via telephone or email. All complaints should be notified to info@Spinnerz.co.uk as soon as possible from the delivery of the products.
12) Law Applicable
These conditions shall be governed and constructed in accordance with English law and all disputes in connection therewith shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
